It is less negative, however it doesn't rebuke what has been said in the article. If the article was incorrect I'd expect they'd rush to at least correct anything that wasn't true (or be put under pressure to).
However one thing I noticed was this bit 'A number of issues that are key to us being able to conclude a sale are to be considered by the Football League at a meeting next week'
Now in your opinion are these issues all based around the Primacy issue (possibly add fit & proper persons test) or are there other issues to discuss?
