I think you may need to arrange a meeting with what you see as the clubs most influential/trusted/loyal fans to discuss your plans.
In terms of ideas:-
I feel it is Leonard Curtis that need to be targeted.
Protests at their offices (they wouldn't like that), at the ground (to get some local/national attention), in the media (Stockport Express, MEN, GMR, TalkSport etc)
You might want to expose how they have appointed Mark Maguire, the way in which they arrived at their prefered bidder and their failure to communication with the fanbase.
Questions/Demos could also be aimed at Mark Maguire and Stockport Council.
This probably doesn't help you much but there you go..
