Don't we actually hold a record for lowest ever official attendance? 13 or something wasn't it, I remember reading it somewhere, probably wikipedia.
One of the oldies Dosser or oakwoodbank would know. I'm constantly given stories of the longest game off my grandad, so I know all about that..
A very low attendance should fire warning shots to those in power. Especially if it's much below the budget attendance. Might even get into the paper. With Melrose attending most games, and Maguire and Beverley always in the Main Stand now it seems, why can't a bit of chanting be done directly to them at games?
I saw on the news that both Lazio and Roma are having a hard time off pitch. Fans want change, and they're not going to sit about and wait for it. Protest at the ground during the last game, training sessions interupted, mass boycotts etc, people will take note of that.
It's forever being beautiful...
