I think the issue is whether there will be a Stockport County next season, not what division we'll be in. Jim Melrose needs to shit or get off the pot, no-one else will try to take over whilst there is a 'done' deal in place with the administrators, maybe no-one else will come forward if Melrose backs out, who can tell, but it looks to me like the longer this horrible limbo goes on the greater the chances of liquidation are.
I hope I'm wrong, but the longer this goes on the more it looks like another name to add to the list of dreamers and chancers who've hung around football.
