He voluntarily changed it.
NHRA questioned him about it since the slow low HP fags had nothing better to do, after they lost, than complain to NHRA.
NHRA did not make him change it.
If they want to complain about something how about the tunnel rams everyone uses? How are they anything like a real crossram? If the carbs are inline why not accommodate the scoop too?
