The event was in the old small Cumberland County Civic Center, not the new
Crown coliseum. It was a pretty good turnout, around 3000 or so.

Decent match, but I would have much rather seen Benoit in the ring with

Hunter for the 1,2,3. Batista, Orton, and Hunter all got big reactions, but
Edge's wasn't strong. Being in NC, several people were heckling him about
the Matt hardy situation, as sections of the crowd chanted "We want Matt"
and "You screwed Matt". A small group of people in my section were chanting
"Matt will kill you", Edge seemed genuinely distracted by the scattered
chants. The place would have popped huge if Hardy had came out, as he was
backstage-- my friend and I saw him pull up around 6:45 or so. Batista looks
awesome in person, and the crowd was way behind him. It will be interesting
to see if Dave can carry the ball after WrestleMania. Hope the WWE returns
to Fayetteville soon, tonight was a fun show.
