Yes I have watched the show. I was very disappointed in it when they locked the guy in the sauna for an hour (20 minutes is all that is safe, after that you are cooking your brain) becuase he had to lose 20lbs in 24 hours to make weight for a fight. Why were they pushing him to be in a weight division he obviously wasn't in? Pushing people to do harm to themselves is crazy.
