Monday- 10 minutes cardio Tuesday- 20 minutes cardio Wednesday- 10 minutes cardio Thursday- 20 minutes cardio Friday- 10 minutes cardio Saturday- 20 minutes cardio Sunday-- Rest, look in the mirror & FLEX your arms!!!
