Miguel,
I realize you wont be getting this for awhile, but I really want to thank you for all your help. You really made a difference in our lives, whether you realize it or not. In 1988 I was 18, and had a 8 month old daughter. We had moved to hollywood and I had some seriously messed up room-mates. I met you by accident when a girlfriend of mine became starstruck and seriously out of line in a club at the beverly center. In spite of all that you extended a helping hand to me and my baby girl, for several months afterward. I know you've helped a lot of people over the years and I'm not all that sure you'd even remember us, but we remember you. You were an island in a turbulent sea and I thank you from the bottom of my pointy little heart. Deandra will graduate at the end of this year. I guess you might remember her better as "Pookie", anyway, she has an avid interest in the arts, but can't make up her mind what direction she should take. As for me, I have a great guy, and couldn't ask for more. We own your movies, and Deandra thinks of you as her God Father (my fault). You told me once that that would be okay with you. It would be nice to see you again sometime, but unless your tour comes to Canada, it isn't likely. Regardless, I hope you don't think I'm nuts for letting her regard you that way. It just seemed like the best tribute I could pay you, since you bailed us out of some nastiness when no one else seemed to care. I'm very proud of you for not only being an excellent performer, but a genuine "man". You deserve the best.
Sincerely,
Lisa Harvey
