Hello,
I just wanted to point out that the disclaimer at the bottom of the page has no legal meaning. You can still get sued if the copyright owenrs want to, no matter if you acknowledge their copyright or not.
If anything, the disclaimer will only harm you, as it's an evidence that you were perfectly aware that it's all copyrighted material.
