I agree that the character is horribly racist, in this episode the character had pitch black skin and bear like hands. A real white charicature of black women in the 1940's. aaaaaaaaaaaanyways, This is a textbook case of old racism and history shouldn't be revised so that we can learn from our past mistakes etc etc.

I caught "The little Orphan" cartoon today and noticed the racial seterotype of mammy2shoes.
At the same time, I don't feel like these cartoons should be changed. Revision IS wrong. These episodes could be shown in schools to teach how racism has changed and evolved over the years.
