Actually, to say that blacks were treated differently than whites in cartoons is a racist statement in itself. Do you think carechters like Homer Simpson, Mr. Burns, Popeye, Elmer Fudd, Krusty The Clown and a whole slew of others, portray whites in a good light? By comparison, Mamy Two Shoes was an honorably portraid carechter. What I find rediculous is that many Warner Brothers cartoons have been banned because of sceenes involving Black, Indian and Japanese charecters. Why havent they banned the ones with stupid White hicks, mafia style gangsters, idiotic lumber jack or dumb White hunters that even shoot themselves in the face? Don't be so quick to yell racism.
