Hi there,
I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Raj Nepal, my great guide and friend in Nepal. We hiked, just the 2 of us, from Jiri to Everest which was a 22 day hike. He flawlessly guided me through the entire trek and showed me interesting things along the way that I would never have seen had I gone alone. He has a great sense of humour and we spent a great deal of the hike laughing at each other's jokes and cultural differences. He taught me many things along the way including information on flora and fauna and many Nepali words. He was an exceptional diplomat when dealing with the Maoist rebels and the Army that we met along the way.
I would recommend Raj Nepal to anyone interested in trekking in Nepal, especially the Jiri-Everest route and the Annapurna Circuit.
