Hello Himal-ji,
I'm writing to inquire about short treks (max 7 days) that don't require flying out of kathmandu--perhaps helambu/langtang? i'm going to be spending most of the next year in nepal doing research and am hoping to take some visiting friends on a modest trek in early-to-mid november. i'll be arriving in nepal in mid -september and would be happy to meet you in person at your office to discuss possibilities before the Dashain festivities begin.
