Trekking highlights:
Crossing the Thorung~La Pass (5416m), the pilgrimage town of Muktinath, views of Dhaulagiri icefall, the world’s deepest gorge in the Kaligandaki river, hot spring at Tatopani, and sunrise and mountains view from Poonhill.
Suggested Itinerary:
Day 01: Kathmandu to Besi-Sahar (175 km/ 7-8 hours): Drive by bus/car.
Day 02: Besi-Sahar to Bahundanda (1250 m.): Trek.
Day 03: Bahundanda to Chamje: Trek.
Day 04: Chamje to Dharapani (1890 m.): Trek.
Day 05: Dharapani to Chame: Trek.
Day 06: Chame to Pisang: Trek
Day 07: Pisang to Manang: Trek.
Day 08: Manang (Acclimatization Day in Manang): Rest.
Day 09: Manang to Yak Kharka: Trek.
Day 10: Yak Kharka to Thorung Phedi/ High Camp: Trek.
Day 11: Thorung Phedi/High Camp to Muktinath: Trek.
Day 12: Muktinath to Kagbeni: Trek.
Day 13: Kagbeni to Marpha: Trek.
Day 14: Marpha to Ghasa: Trek.
Day 15: Ghasa to Tatopani: Trek.
Day 16: Tatopani (Natural hot spring): Rest.
Day 17: Tatopani to Shikha: Trek.
Day 18: Shikha to Ghorepani: Trek.
Day 19: Ghorepani to Poonhill toTadapani: Trek.
Day 20: Tadapani to Ghandruk: Trek.
Day 21: Ghandruk to Pokhara via Birethanti: Trek, drive for one hour.
Day 22: Pokhara to Kathmandu (200 km/ 6-7 hours): Drive by bus/car or fly.
Note:- Please let me know How many days trek would you want to go Around annapurna/Everest trek because it will be better to send or make itinenaray according to the days. Annapurna treks is minimiun 45 days to 28 including to A.B.C
And Everest Bace cam trek is min 14 days fly in and fly out and from jiri or one way fly out 21 days
