What kind of party is it? Is it casual or dressy? Whats the weather like where you are? In NY, one can never go wrong by wearing black. Whenever Im not sure what to wear I just wear black. If the weather's cold, I'd go with black pants and a black turtleneck with a cool pair of boots. If its warm, skip the t-neck of course, and go with a simple tight black t-shirt. If it's a casual party, either wear jeans or a denim skirt and a cool top or black t-neck. Definitely go with a hot pair of boots either way. Hope this helps ya out. If not, give me more details about the party and Ill come up with something.
