I remember the Derby arms,very well.I lived near it in bousfield street.We had our stag night, there in 1957. The old Lyrec theatre was next door to it, that was derelect for years after it bombed during the war.We played in it when we were kids.Living in N.Wales for the last 40 years. I did'nt know it had been demolished. What a shame.
