Can anyone help? As a resident of Stanley for 25years,I would be grateful if anyone could help me find out where the area of Stanley starts and ends. I know it covers an area from approx.the old Cattle Market Pubs on Prescot road to Green Lane, but have just been informed that St. Pauls Church used to be called (or still is) St.Pauls, Stanley. Our residents association hope to get some signs erected identifying our community of Stanley. Many Thanks.
