the victoria settlement, was at the bottom of york terrace,on netherfield road.new appartments have now been built on the sight,what a shame, i went there at4yrs till 19yrs, even had my wedding in the dance hall, im sure i could writea book on the memories there,as i lived a stones throw away in (tommy whites) sir thomas white gardens,we used to have shows and comps to win The Milmow Cup,Presented by Mr.Milrow, the Lord Mayor also attended once.Surely someone out there can throw a light on the "old seccy"as i keep asking on sights but nobody comes across,were else can i look.Anne
