West Derby Workhouses

I am trying to locate a West Derby Workhouse where an uncle of my husbands was placed. The family name is Edgar and they lived at Bremmner Street.On the 1911 Census the son Sidney was in the workhouse at the age of 16. As I live in Australia research is very difficult. The family is a brickwall research family.
