Sir Thomas White was a counceler. The flats were named after him. I use to live at 58c my Sir name then was Porter. I've been trying to find pictures and more information about the flats it would be about 1945 when I lived there. I went to Major Lester School. my mother took use to Stanley Park quite often. If you find any information or pictures I'd be greatful if yo would pass it on.
