Posted by Michael Hall The first daughter, my Great Great Grandmother Emily Mary Zeugheer Hermann was not on the list. I believe she was born in 1832. Hannah's maiden name may be Trycross from a Warwickshire family, that comes from a jumbled letter in my Grandfather's (Lindsay Bernard Hall papers in the State of Victoria archives in Melbourne, Australia. Names seem to be somewhat elsatic as it seems Barrington replaced Hermann at some stage in the generation baptised above! I can provide information on the descendants of Emily Mary Zeugheer Hermann(1832 - 1909) and George Lindsay Hall (1830 - 1910) of Liverpool.
Family of James Zeugheer Hermann 1830 -1865 and wife variously known as Hannah; Anna; Ann and Anne

James or Jacob was the first conductor of the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and is well known for that reason. My query refers to his wife Hannah etc who is mentioned in the baptismal notices of St Augustines, Everton, Lancashire for 4 children Leonard 18/1/1840 (Hannah Hermonn); for Anna 11/8/1844 (Anna Hermonn); Edward 6/8/1848 (Ann Hermonn); Herbert 16/6/1850 (Anne Hermann).
