I am a BSc Arboriculture student currently on a placement at Liverpool City Council. Part of my assignment is to find out about the historical development of trees and woodland in Liverpool's landscape. This includes major influences on tree removal and tree planting that has shaped tree cover from earliest times.
I wonder if you could help me - or point me in any particular direction(s).
