Calling any Allens of Hale Bank

I am looking for any information regarding the Allen family from Hale Bank.
My grandfather was Peter Allen born 31st July 1902/3. Unfortunately I do not know his parents names. I do know he had several brothers possible names - John, Raef (Ralph) James, and a sister possibly Florence. The only real information I have is that they came from Hale Bank and had always live there! If any one has any information on Allens of Hale Bank nr Widnes I would be very grateful.
