Decoy fires on River Dee during WWII blitz

I'm looking for reports and/or descriptions of decoy fires that were lit along the coast of the Dee estuary during the World War II blitz. The fires were designed to fool German bomber pilots into thinking that the Wirral coast was actually Liverpool and that the Dee was the Mersey.
