Durning Road WWII tragedy

Does anyone know where I can find details of the Durning Road Tragegy of November 29, 1940 when a Liverpool air raid shelter took a direct hit from a German land mine? As well as the tragedy itself I'm particulary interested in any political fallout or official enquiries that may have resulted.
