Re Tenement Flats Portland Gardens Four blocks
from Vauxhall Road to Limekiln Lane the top block
was not finished the final numbers of the block
was 80 to 80c the truth was because of the Pub called the Rising Sun it still stands today but not as it was in the 50s or early 60s.I have very great memerious of Portland Gardens and the areas of Scottie Road they will stay with me forever.
