Hi, not sure if you can help..My great,great grandparents lived in Cowl Street(1881)which I assume was situated in Everton Valley.My conclusion for this is my great grandfather married at St George, Everton, which on a recent visit, I noticed is still there...surrounded by relatively new houses and addresses as opposed to the old dwellings.Any info re Cowl St will be very helpful, Lynne Williams
