Very nice site! I am always looking for information about New Road, Tuebrook. It was a wonderful old street that survived until the beginning of the 1980's. My Great Grandfather, Corporal Joseph Wright died of his war wounds there in 1918, nursed by his wife, Edith (Maynard) Wright. The history of that street is endless and what an atmosphere for a young man to grow up in. I miss that old place. My Uncle's Keith and Maurice Wright have passed away, but, my mother, Jacqueline T. Wright is still with us. The Wright family lived at 62 New Road for almost 100 years. Thank you for your time. GB
