Royal Infirmary Seaforth

My parents met (as RN Doctor and Nurse) at the Royal Infirmary in Liverpool near the end of WW2. I would really like to know where it is/was, if the building is still standing, and if so, what is its current use?
I have photos of my parents standing outside the grand facade on their honeymoon in 1946.
I do hope someone can help me with my query.
