Here's the deal. I want out of the breeding business.
Why? There is too much competition to really succeed in making any kind of profit if you're like me and have no way possible to show your horses and don't have the nicest facilites possible....so I've decided that I'm selling out and keeping only my 3 favorite favorite minis. This means I have 2 horses left to offer for sale, then I'm calling it quits. This is good news for you because I'm offering them at rediculously low prices, because not only do I want to sell them and quickly, especially since space is hard pressed right now, I would rather someone else put these two horses to better use than I can.
Both horses have awesome show and breeding potential. And guess what...I would show BOTH of them IF I could. I have no funds for showing, none of the required show equipment, no way to get there, and know nothing about how to do it. So they'd be better off going to someone who CAN show them. I regret it in a sense, but I just can't take the stress anymore. It's too much work and a hassle trying to sell. I just flat out can't take it anymore. So it's come down to this. Selling out so that I can finally start enjoying my horses and stop stressing over them.
Both horses are fat and healthy. They're UTD on everything except vaccinations which we just couldn't afford to give them last year as a result of my wedding. They are NOT culls. Like I said....I just want to get out of the breeding business. And yes, they DO NEED TO SELL QUICKLY because I AM HARD PRESSED ON SPACE, the main reason I need them to sell quickly. Here are the details:
1. Golden Palomino Mare (Bubbles)--Boones Little Apache Great Grandaughter.
REGISTRY: AMHR.
HEIGHT: 36".
AGE: 4 yrs old, going on 5 in a few months.
Best conformation out of all the mini mares I haveever owned. Would make an AWESOME Show Halter horse with the conformation she has, as well as her "Look at me" attitude which is very hard to miss. You'll see her in her pen sometimes, just for the heck of it, squared off and standing stretched out like she's in the show ring. She'll place one of her feet on the fence to hold it upright like she's holding out her toe to get it polished. She'll stand in her feed trough like she's queen of the horses. You want show ring attitude...this girl is show ring attitude to the max. It's like she wants to show off. I would LOVE to see her shown. Two ties back to "Gold Melody Boy" as well as being a great grandaugter to "Boones Little Apache". She is currently a maiden mare due to lack of time for breeding, and is selling open, perfect opportunity to get her shown before she gets that pregnant belly bulge.
ASKING PRICE: $800 FIRM!
2. Creamy Palomino Sabino Frame Overo Colt (Patriot)--Grandson of NFCs Fine and Dandy.
REGISTRY: Pending AMHR. (It would be more than worth it to hardship him into AMHA)
HEIGHT: Working on getting soon (he's for sure smaller than 32", the height of my smallest mare)
DOB: 9/11/2007
This little colt has correct conformation and gorgeous coloring. He has a full mascara ice blue eye on one side, and on the other side, a partial mascara dark blue eye. He is completely white with a strip of color down his back and on the tip of his head and ears. And in case you're having doubts on his color, he WAS color tested to be positive for both Frame and Sabino Overo genes. And he's palomino for sure because he came back as "ee" and his sire is Perlino. He would excel in a Color class, and would make an excellent Show Halter horse, and from what I've seen of his movement, would do just as awesome in Driving and Liberty. He's a great grandson of "Rhotens Little Dandy", the immortal "Rowdy", and "Flying W Farms Sundance"(sire of "Wardance"), and grandson of "NFC's Fine and Dandy". He's an awesome combination for anyone who wants a show horse that will stand out, and then use to breed with later. He is a very friendly and loving boy. He even has some of his sire's firey attitude.
ASKING PRICE: $500 FIRM!
Buyer pays for coggins and health cert if needed, which includes the cost of a a farm call since we have no way to take our horses to the vet directly.
