playing charts

Hi, I have been out of online golf for about 4 years now. I used to play day and night and finally broke the addiction. Now that im retired I want to start again and have purchased 2003 champ addition for my PC. My question is this. Where can i get distance charts for woods, irons, chipping and putting. Im lost without my charts which i used 100% of the time on links 1999. Thanks
