I was able to get the game working perfectly on my Dell 600M with the same card. I used the Catalyst drivers from ATI. I went through about 6 different versions before finding one that worked. The one that worked for me was the Catalyst 3.9 drivers build number 6.14.10.6396. I believe that I used the tool also listed on this same site to install the drivers. Hope this helps.
