Geforce 5200

Since installing a GeForce 5200 my golfer turns to pixels and dissapears, the ball also does the same on the greens. I've tried adjusting the Antialiasing in the nvidia settings but no luck, any ideas? I've tried driver versions 56.72 and 61.76 but same thing.
