The converter is lookin for the old links install in the registry. i had same problem and had to reinstall links 2000 to get a couple courses i needed to convert. I tried a bunch of things and was able to convert them by changeing the file extension but when i wnet to play it there was no sky, no scenery just f\w and the course came out as untitled course.
