Choppy Swing Meter

HI,
Any suggestion on a cloppy swing meter. I using the classic swing. All the other swing methods work fine. I just increased my ram from 256 to 768 meg.
I'm running windows ME with a sis730s chipset on a K7SEM mother board. It incoporates a 128 bit 2D/3D graphics accelerator that provides 1920 x 1200 16 bit color. It shares the ram which I have set to 64 meg for video through the system bios.
Any suggestions. I didn't really want to have to buy a new video card.If I do, according to my manual the AGP slot only supports NVIDIA 4xAGP cards. Any one have a card of this type that works well with Links 2003. Like to save myself another headache .
