mouse problems

I have a problem with my mouse in links 2003. It will work fine and then all of a sudden go by it self this is in RTS mode but also have trouble in powerstroke and classic swing. I have tried three different mice Logitech cordless roller logitech cordless optical and microsoft whell mouse and seem to have the same problem with all three. I have tried to change the sensitivity and nothing seems to help. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
