Got a response from Microsoft in less than 24hrs! Pretty impressive. They suggested lowering the quality settings as I have done. They also suggested downloading an Nvidia driver version 30.82. I'm not sure about doing that as I play numerous other games and I worry about those ones not functioning properly on the older driver.
