Links 2003 Seasons

Can anybody advise how to create a Season. It keeps asking to insert CD "". I have put in all 3 of the game CD's and the Courses Cd but it does'nt like those. If i cancel on this I then get a blank season screen but if I then ask it to generate a season I get the same CD"" request.
Anybody know what it is looking for?
