Links 2003 trial download

Have downloaded the Links 2003 trial software from this site twice. But cannot open it. No software icon displayed, just a white box with blue border.
When I do try to open it, it tries to open in dos mode.
I have windows xp pro.
Can anyone advise. Thanks
