Does anyone know anyone who has had Brain damage that was caused by lack of oxygen to the brain and survived to talk about it even though the docters gave them no hope. Please help me My brother was in a motorcycle accident and his arm was severed his lungs collapsed and that cut of his oxygen Is there any miracles out there
