Oh my! This touches something very deep and true within me! It is beautiful! The mist and fog imagery gives a sense of the transitory in life, as does the autumnal tone. This is more beautiful than I can express! Muted, misty, murmurring whispers of some deep and anguished soul who feels the end coming and yet revels in that time before the end--the autumn's splendour--a last, red leaf. A wordsmith you truly are, my friend!
