Firstly a reminder to all that the supporters club AGM will be held at the Kings Head on Wednesday at 7-30 pm.
Secondly have to say after watching the firsts train on Saturday that we really do have a fantastic squad and the new guys look different gravy!(first of the season!).Competition for places is going to be fierce and there is a air of confidence about the team which i havent seen before.Many of us thought that we may be relegation fodder this year but with this squad i can see us surprising alot of teams.Stan James bookmaker doesnt rate any of the Sussex clubs with us at 33-1 for the league ,Bognor 40-1 and for some wierd reason a very strong Eastbourne Borough team at 50-1!Hornchurch are the 5-2 fav with Weymouth next at 7-2,dont think those odds are worth taking!
Am really excited about new season,bring it on!
