The first pre-season training session took place at the Pan today. The best coverage of the Rooks can of course be found in the Express on Friday, but three new signings were confirmed. Goalkeeper Jimmy Glass (still a legend in Carlisle after his heroic goal a few seasons ago), ex-Yeovil. Southend & Farnborough striker Barrington Belgrave and Dunfermline midfielder Anthony Storey (who played in the Scottish Premier League last season) have all signed for the season. Terms have also been offered to former Fulham and Bradford forward Luke Cornwall and Welsh midfielder Andrew Martin (Hornchurch), with King also in discussions with two as yet unnamed Conference centre-backs.
