It's definitely an ego boost if people like what you're doing, if they don't, it can be an ego killer. I have to leave my bedroom and play my music. It's therapeutic, it's a release, and it's my way of forcing my creations on the world, whether anyone likes it or not. I don't care if I play for 2 people or 1000. I was born to rock!
