When malicious gossip or slander is passed along, the humanity of three people is thereby diminished .... the one who repeats the gossip, the one who listens to the gossip, and the one who is the subject of the gossip. When a person refrains from gossiping or tale-bearing, the angels rejoice from up above.

Thanks so much, my forever friend. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the beautiful words you forwarded. And they helped lift me. We are holding on tightly to God here. But "MaCarther Park is melting in the dark...oh the sweet green icing flowing down...." It is so sad and so difficult to see this wonderful man who was once so vital and once so sharp, suffering and struggling as he is. I love him dearly and I couldn't have hand-picked a better father. Anyway, your prayers meant the world and so does your friendship, Annmarie. Stay near. I hope all is well with you and your JJ and with Cassie too. Please keep me updated.
