When malicious gossip or slander is passed along, the humanity of three people is thereby diminished .... the one who repeats the gossip, the one who listens to the gossip, and the one who is the subject of the gossip. When a person refrains from gossiping or tale-bearing, the angels rejoice from up above.

(A) It was just two months after joining the cast of All My Children that Paige won the distinguished award of Performer of the Week given by the editors of Soap Opera Weekly. YAAAA, Paige!!!! 2. (C) The character of Jill Sweeney in LADY IN THE BOX most resembles the character Paige played in SILK STALKINGS, namely notorious Alexis Mortonson. Both characters were totally off their rocker. 3. (C) Many of the scenes Paige played in DAYS OF OUR LIVES as Deborah Thomas were opposite Christie Clark and Austin Peck. And I do remember Deborah and Peter Reckell's Bo Brady having a cute little exchange once. But to my knowledge Paige was never on screen opposite my favorite DAYS character, John Black, played by Drake Hogeston.......and 'That's a fact.' 4. (B) My favorite Broadway show "PROMISES, PROMISES" was NOT the show in which Susan Lucci played on Broadway or the one our Paige shined in during a stint in community theatre. But the show which songs include "You Can't Get a Man with a Gun", and "Anything You Can Do I Can Do Better" was the show both Lucci and Rowland performed in at different intervals of their respective successful careers....that show would be ANNIE GET YOUR GUN. B was the answer. 5. The PITSTOP question stumped many of you - maybe because the movie hasn't been widely released, but I saw the flick and thought Paige was her usual outstanding self, acting the part of a runaway student having a fling with a philandering teacher. Odd film folks, but Paige was a standout. 6.(B) Paige's husband, Michael Dietz, stated in ABC's SID that he wears his seatbelt all the time these days because he worries if something would happen to him, how it would affect their daughter Madison Michaela. 7. (A) To have such a brief appearence in CHARMED as Paige did and yet to leave such a memorable impression on the viewers is testimony to our star's immense talent. Most of you got this one right....the demon's possession stabs itself and the answer was A. 8.(B) The role of Jeri Stevens was interesting, complex, and extremely challenging and these are the types of roles in which Paige produces her finest work in my opinion. If 7 DAYS would have had a more wide-based appeal, an Emmy perhaps would have been a realization for Paige in that compelling, truly outstanding performance. As it was, she was lauded and praised by absolutely everyone who saw her work.....which by the way took place after her 18 Wheels of Justice Triumph - making the answer to our question B. 9. C - Again, not a big role in CHOOSING MATTHIAS, but Paige makes the most of things with a strong scene as a police detective leading a distraught couple to a morgue to positively identify their murdered child. 10. Brothers Brent and Baine were not prospects in the Yankees farm system, nor is Paige a black-belt in karate to my knowledge....although she packed a pretty good punch in her movie RIOT. But we do know that she studied and performed ballet......and so did I fellow Paige-fans! The answer to our last question was A. Congratulations to all of you for another successful showing in our annual Paige-Trivia Contest!
