When malicious gossip or slander is passed along, the humanity of three people is thereby diminished .... the one who repeats the gossip, the one who listens to the gossip, and the one who is the subject of the gossip. When a person refrains from gossiping or tale-bearing, the angels rejoice from up above.

Title: Letting Go
By: Mallory Marilyn Marie (Roy) Kirk
Does it mean forever?
I heard a saying once,
Is it true?
If you love something,
Should you let it go?
If it comes back,
Is it really yours forever?
What if I can't let go?
What if only tears follow?
What if thoughts plague my mind?
You know the kind.
Yeah, the kind where it hurts too much.
The kind that makes you wonder,
Would it be easier?
Would what be easier, you ask?
Just to let go.
No, not of her, of it all.
I swore I'd never try again,
Not after last time.
Try what, you ask?
Ah, but the thought it is so hard to speak.
Does that mean I need a shrink?
Maybe so.
I just can't let go.
What if I cut myself to let the blood flow?
I never promised not to do that.
I just promised not to die.
Or rather to bring on death myself.
But it feels like the pain is eating away at my health.
So what if I die because of that?
That's not a promise broken, is it?
Sometimes to ease pain,
You need to cause more.
My heart is all tore.
What am I to do?
Please, tell me, I am begging you.
I can't let go.
Not of her.
Not now.
Not ever.
