When malicious gossip or slander is passed along, the humanity of three people is thereby diminished .... the one who repeats the gossip, the one who listens to the gossip, and the one who is the subject of the gossip. When a person refrains from gossiping or tale-bearing, the angels rejoice from up above.

Hi my fellows - Two things....our annual fund-raiser to benefit victims of violent crime in Maryland will be held tomorrow morning. I am in charge of the event and truly I am a nervous wreck....even more so than my usual neurotic state, if that is possible, so please hold a good thought for me....for all of us working on this. Also, a friend of ours faces triple by-pass surgery this week, so please keep him in your prayers. His name is Glenn. Thanks my friends. Have a fun night.
