When malicious gossip or slander is passed along, the humanity of three people is thereby diminished .... the one who repeats the gossip, the one who listens to the gossip, and the one who is the subject of the gossip. When a person refrains from gossiping or tale-bearing, the angels rejoice from up above.

Yeah, I agree. National Security and the fight against terrorism is tops too. That's why I love having a friend at the DoD. I may not trust everything that comes out of the mouths of those who speak on the subject, because they downplay, or upplay, whichever suits their cause, much of what is going on. I trust that my friend will tell me the score no matter what it is, because she speaks truth. She is voting for someone I don't want, but that has not affected our opinion of each other or affected our friendship negatively. Since she works closely with all involved, she's going to know more and that's just a fact. So, may the best person win!
